''Oreo' is an exceptional example of the breed both in type and conformation… and the judges agree! He is a correct sized male who moves like a dream, and is true both coming and going – moving with the lively yet smooth poise expected of the breed. Oreo has a beautiful expression, strong bone, huge coat, perfect tailset and gorgeous dark pigmentation (including black nails)… not to mention an exceptional temperament, he absolutely adores everyone!!

Oreo has done consistently well under Local, Interstate and International judges and is a Royal Show Best Of Breed winner, Multi Champ Show Best In Group / Runner-Up Best in Group winner and Multi Champ Show Class In Group Winner... Oreo has proven his quality by not only receiving consistent results locally but winning Challenges and Best of Breeds throughout Australia & New Zealand.

In 2006 Oreo set off on a year long holiday to New Zealand, where he obtained his New Zealand title easily and was unbeaten for Best of Breed. The winning didn’t finish there… Oreo finished 2007 as Queensland’s No. 1 Japanese Spitz & Australia’s No. 5 Japanese Spitz – this was achieved through Quality of Results not Quantity of shows!!

Oreo has now “Semi-Retired” from the ring – He has been the ultimate showdog, always eager to please and performs his little heart out. Now at almost 6 years of age, and a Dual Champion, I think he is well deserved of his retirement, I know he has lots of great wins left in him but that is not what it is ALL about!! He now enjoys life to the full as a permanent couch potato, watching his children continue in his winning style (which is what it is all about).

Oreo is a very special boy to me and I have been very proud of his achievements to date!!
