''Oreo'' is a wonderful example of the breed both in type and conformation! He is a correct sized male who moves like a dream, and is true both coming and going – moving with the lively yet smooth poise expected of the breed. Oreo has a beautiful expression, strong bone, huge coat, perfect tailset and gorgeous dark pigmentation… not to mention an exceptional temperament, he absolutely adores everyone!!

“Oreo” has done consistently well under Local, Interstate and International judges and is a Royal Show Best Of Breed winner, Multi BEST IN GROUP / RUNNER-UP BEST IN GROUP winner... Oreo has proven his quality by not only receiving consistent results locally but winning Challenges and Best of Breeds throughout Australia & New Zealand.

In 2006 Oreo set off on a year long holiday to New Zealand, where he obtained his New Zealand title easily and was unbeaten for Best of Breed. The winning didn’t finish there… Oreo finished 2007 as QUEENSLAND’S NO. 1 JAPANESE SPITZ MALE & AUSTRALIA’S NO. 5 JAPANESE SPITZ!!

After being Semi-Retired for the last two years, "Oreo" has re-entered the ring again in March 2010 and is already making his presence felt with consistent Best of Breed and RU Best of Breed awards, making him QUEENSLAND’S NO. 2 JAPANESE SPITZ MALE (DOL).

Melbourne Royal 2008 – “Oreo” beat out some stiff competition from all over Australia to win Reserve Challenge Dog at the Melbourne Royal Show, with a Breed entry of 26!!!

Gundog and Heavy Breeds Club of Qld 2007 - “Oreo” wins Runner -Up BEST EXHIBIT IN GROUP & Australian Bred in Group! Just days after the Brisbane Royal Shows with a HUGE Show entry of 750 dogs entered (and that was with Groups 1 & 2 absent for their specialty breeds show).

an amazing feat with only 3 months in competition

It is with excitement that we welcome "Maui" to our home, our first import! “Maui” is just the most gorgeous little fellow, full of cheek and attitude (and possibly too intelligent for his own good)… Maui’s show career has already gone beyond our wildest expectations; he just impresses us every day!!

Maui is a grandson of our precious boy “Oreo” Aust/NZ Ch. Kimyata Puddle O Mud… his mother “Fudge” is the result of a mating done when our Oreo was in New Zealand in 2006. "Fudge" is Multiple Best in Group and Class in Show winner not to mention Multiple Best of Breed winner from the Baby Class under International judges... what more do I need to say!

Debuting with a 2nd Place in Baby Puppy Sweepstakes with a large entry of 20 babies… “Maui” went from strength to strength winning 2 x BEST BABY IN SHOW and an impressive 9 x Best Baby in Group awards!!! Finishing 2008 as AUSTRALIA’S MOST CONSISTENT WINNING BABY!

Entering the Minor Class with a BANG winning BEST OF BREED and MINOR IN GROUP at his second show in Minor (against Grand Champion competition)... due to my other commitments “Maui” was only shown sparely through Puppy and Junior and continued to prove he was a judge favourite by being short listed for Best in Group and taking out a number of Best of Breed and Dog CC’s. Now up in Intermediate “Maui” is continuing in style with more Best of Breeds and Classes in Group wins... “Maui” has some stiff competition in his kennel mates, but has beaten his Grand-dad “Aust/NZ Ch. Kimyata Puddle O Mud” on a number of occasions.

"Cyan” was from our stunning boy “Oreo” Aust/NZ Ch. Kimyata Puddle O Mud first Australian litter; she was the only female in the litter and it was apparent from the moment that she could walk and talk that she was something special!!! Cyan is SUPER clever as well as a bit spoilt, and loves nothing more than to be by my side... she has the most cheekiest nature around, very similar to her father!

Her beautiful temperament however is just the icing on the cake... She has a body to match! Cyan is a superbly proportioned bitch both in size and bone, showcasing great breed type, beautiful conformation and moves true with that effortless Spitz poise… not to mention a feminine expression and BIG cheeky spitz smile.

Although only shown sparingly, due to my other commitments, “Cyan” is a Multi Class In Group and CLASS IN SHOW WINNER... Giving the boys a run for their money, Cyan has been taking out large Challenges and Best of Breeds since minor class beating not only her Dad (which is no easy feat) but also Grand Champions.

'Mulan' was my introduction into Japanese Spitz; she is a great ambassador for the breed and has a delightful temperament that she has passed onto her children. Mulan is a very sound bitch that has a beautiful gait, profuse coat, dark pigment and is a faithful companion. Mulan was our first Champion, we are very proud to have shown this beautiful bitch to her title. She has since gone on to produce 2 Australian Champions & 1 Australian / New Zealand Champion.

Mulan is the mother of our boy "Oreo" Aust/NZ Ch. Kimyata Puddle O Mud, Grand Mother of "Cyan" Aust Ch. Kimyata Magic Dirt and Great Grand Mother of "Maui" Jonja Finders Keepers (Imp NZ). As you can see she is a very important part of our lines.

Mulan is my closest companion and is my every shadow... she has the most placid temprement and is always there and willing for a cuddle. Mulan has now retired from showing & breeding, and is happy to be a couch potato.
